Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the TwoJoy mobile app ("TwoJoy", "the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. TwoJoy is provided by Isabela Lima.
1. Summary
- No account or sign-up is needed. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or photos.
- Everything you create in the App, including Custom Cards and your progress, is stored only on your device. We cannot see it.
- We use a small number of service providers to process purchases, understand how the App is used and fix crashes.
- We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Content you create
Custom Cards, game progress and settings are saved locally on your device. They are never uploaded to us and are deleted when you delete the App.
2.2 Purchase information (RevenueCat)
When you start a free trial or buy a subscription or one-time purchase, payment is handled by Apple. We never see your card or payment details. We use RevenueCat to check that your purchase is valid and to unlock Pro access. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, the purchase and subscription details (product, price, dates, renewal status) and basic device information such as device model, OS version, country and app version.
2.3 Usage and diagnostics (Firebase)
We use Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to understand which features are used and to fix bugs. They may collect an app instance ID, device model, OS version, country/region, app version, in-app events (for example which screens or games were opened) and crash logs. This data is not linked to your name or identity.
2.4 What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, health data, or the content of your games and cards. The App contains no advertising and no advertising SDKs.
3. How we use information
- To provide the App and unlock the features you paid for
- To restore purchases and manage subscriptions
- To understand how the App is used and improve it
- To find and fix crashes and technical problems
- To meet legal obligations
4. Sharing
We share the limited information described above only with these service providers, who process it on our behalf:
- Apple (App Store payments): https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
- RevenueCat (purchase validation): https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
- Google Firebase (analytics and crash reporting): https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users or the App. We do not sell or rent personal information.
5. Tracking
TwoJoy does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies and does not use your advertising identifier (IDFA).
6. Data retention
Content on your device stays there until you delete it or the App. Purchase records are kept by RevenueCat and Apple as long as needed to manage your purchases and for legal and accounting purposes. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months; crash reports for up to 90 days.
7. Your rights and choices
- You can delete all locally stored content at any time by deleting the App.
- You can limit analytics sharing in your device's privacy settings.
- Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. To make a request, email us at twojoyapp@gmail.com.
8. Age restriction
TwoJoy contains adult content and is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the App, contact us and we will delete any related data.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. Data sent to our service providers is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
